Two things never far from our minds: cooking and designing. We love both, and we are always pleased at opportunities to combine them. Designing an advert for a charity pancake event, as you can imagine, is right up our street.
Our local hostelry, The Coach House ticked all those boxes for us recently. They are holding a fundraising Pancake Day on Shrove Tuesday, 21 February. We've designed the advertising and on the day we'll be helping fill the charity coffers for Sue Ryder – and our tummies too, of course!
If you want help with advertising, a website or documentation of any sort, food related or not, we can help. You don't have to be a charity, we work with local councils and commercial companies too. So get in touch, and tell us about your needs – over a cuppa and cake, naturally!
Wildlife Trust BCN's interpretative sign – Working with our local Wildlife Trust is always a pleasure, and this job is definitely pleasurable, because we are also getting to work with one of favourite illustrators, Dan Powell. Together we're helping the Trust produce a new sign about coppicing. It should be in place in the next few weeks, so look out for it at Hayley Wood.
Platform 51's newsletter – We were very pleased when Platform 51 approached us to work on the evolution of their members' newsletter. Our first issue, showcasing the 'evolved' design is about to go to print.
Garden Organic's The Organic Way magazine – This regular 48-page full colour publication goes out to the charity's members, and we edit, design and print it. We've been working with the charity's editor to produce this magazine for several years now and our teams are well meshed together. It's always a smooth process, and this issue was no different.
